Shrink Wrap/Hoarding

Our shrink-wrapping containment process is simple with the proper equipment and material. We specialize in the installation of 6, 7, 9, 10.5 and 12 mil flame resistant, thermo polyethylene shrink wrap. This shrink wrap film is used extensively in King Scaffolding’s design and installation of environmental containment which meet safety requirements.

The shrink wrap film is shrunk up to 30% to form a tight weather proof barrier which will virtually contain 100% of sandblast, paint, lead or asbestos residuals, dust and debris.

Shoring

Our systems and expertise give you the option to use our company for your shoring needs. At the new Walterdale Bridge project, King Scaffolding designed and built 6 shoring support scaffolds that were engineered to withstand between 15,000 and 25,000 pounds. This along with shoring work at the Goldbar Water Treatment Plant and various projects within Edmonton have put King Scaffolding’s shoring abilities on the radar.

Using our shoring system adds high value to your project as it allows for the ability for working platforms, cantilevers, and/or ladder accesses to be built into the shoring system. This multi-purpose approach has saved clients the cost by blending multiple needs into one structure.

Garbage Chutes

No matter the height of your project our garbage chute installations can be a great solution for getting debris safely and efficiently down into bins.

Stair Tower Accesses

Using Stair Tower Access points to and from your job location are an asset to your project in order to have safe and efficient access to and from work locations for daily tasks or in emergency situations. During construction of most buildings the stairwell takes time to install. Having a temporary stair access allows multiple workers to have quick access and egress locations. This increases productivity on your project and gives peace of mind for the safety of your workers.

King Scaffolding has performed work on various Gas Plants, Pulp MIlls, and the Oil Sands induftry located in Saskatchewan, Fort McMurray, BC and the Grande Prairie area. We have experienced a great amount of success on these projects.

Highrise Buildings
